  1. Thanks for sharing these precious pictures! I sort of feel I can relate to them, in a way. My first (and only, so far) great-grandbaby is little Luke, down in Tampa. But his Mommy, my first granddaughter, told me last time she and Luke skyped with me, that Luke is going to be a “big brother” next Spring! That will be so nice for the four of them. Jeremy and Rita are happy it has worked out this way.

Your church news has been so encouraging, too. I’m glad I’m on your mailing list. The best prayer reminder there is!

We had a gorgeous “orange and purple” sunrise here in S.W. Minnesota this morning…the kind that almost take your breath away. The Lord does give us *so* many blessings in the form of “free-bees”…..I hope I never forget to appreciate them.

May God continue to bless all of you.

    1. Hi Donna,

Thank you for your encouragement. The way you keep up with us and communicate with us means a lot.

Being a long ways from grandkids can be hard. Congratulations on the exciting new of a second grandchild coming your way.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

  2. Wow! Laura and Samuel have really grown! And as much as Laura reminds me of Sharon and Anna, Samuel looks like his mother! Many people will give you the sound advice of “Enjoy them; time goes by so quickly”. Sometimes in the endless everyday chores, it seems like the day cannot end quickly enough. But let me say, it was only yesterday that mine were toddlers. Jacob is a senior in high school and Wayne is an 8th grader: the greatest days of my life seem almost gone! God has truly blessed me as I see He has you. Take care. Praying for you daily.

    1. Wow. After a busy day keeping up with Laura and Samuel, it is good to read your reminder. I am learning that all of this does come by very quickly. Thank you again for caring about us. It means so much.
